Mic Garofolo

Producer/Sound Engineer. Mic Garofolo started his music career at the tender age of 7. He has toured the country as a professional drummer, and is also an accomplished keyboardist. Mic has produced and recorded for various groups in many genres, and for the past 20 years has done voice work locally and regionally for both radio and television.

Mic’s decade-long friendship with Allen Scott led the two of them to this exciting collaboration for All That’s Jazz. He maintains a state-of-the-art production facility for digital recording and a technical expertise that both Allen and Mic feel brings a new level of quality to podcasts. Coupled with his prodigious photography skills, which will eventually become part of the website, Mic is a true “Triple Threat” of talent who understands all aspects of what’s needed to make a well-rounded presentation for an audience.

Allison Scott

Social Media Queen and Publicity. Allison has been a public relations and communications professional for 49 years. An accomplished on-air radio person in her own right, moving into the field of podcasting came naturally.

Allison was raised in the business. Her grandfather was a noted theater actor; her father was a television pioneer and network producer/director on CBS and then NBC. Allison’s mother was an on-air network radio and television personality at NBC in the early years. As social media platforms developed, Allison’s background and training made adapting traditional public relations writing and methods an easy transition. With a degree in English and minor in Mass Communications, and with post graduate work in advertising and marketing, Allison continues to find passion in discovering new ways to push messaging in our information age.
